Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping - Our standard method of shipping is FedEx. These shipments take two to seven business days and deliver Monday through Friday. For domestic orders, you have up to 30 days from the shipping date to notify us about a package that has not been delivered.  You will receive a confirmation of you order by email with a link to your order status.  When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.  This number allows you to easily track your package at fedex.com , ups.com , usps.com . Please note, it may take 24-hours for your tracking number to appear on the system.  Please keep in mind that our warehouse and distributor do not ship on weekends or holidays.  Orders placed on weekends and U.S. holiday, it will be shipped the following business day depending on product availability.

We want you to be confident that you can order from us safely and securely.  With this in mind we've secured our online payment area so that your valuable data, such as credit card details, are protected from prying eyes.

Returns & Warranty

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee with the exception of manufacturer's defects and/or goods damaged in transit.  Buyers must contact us via email or phone within 14 days from date purchased merchandises are received in order to receive a refund.  All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories.  Charges will be applied for all missing access or parts.  Powerdictionary will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.  Please contact customer service for instructions on returning purchased merchandises.  All shipping costs will be deducted from credit amount unless the customers prepaid shipping charges.  All products sold by Powerdictionary.com come with a one-year manufacturer limited warranty.  The warranty policy warrants that dictionaries are free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase (receipt/invoice is required for claims).  This one-year limited warranty will cover replacement parts and labor pertinent for the repair of the product.  This warranty does not apply if the product has physical damages resulted from accident, misuse, abuse, or repair service provided by another party.  Broken LCD, water damage, battery leakage, etc. are not covered by this warranty.  Please contact our customer representatives via telephone or email customer service to process your warranty claims (have your order number ready).  Powerdictionary.com will have the option to either repair or replace the product.

Payment Options

Credit Card is the most convenient way to place an order with us.  Once your credit information is received and processed, it will not be stored for future use.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  For additional fraud protection, if the billing and shipping addresses are different, we will contact the institution that issued your credit card for verification prior to processing the order.  Our site use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with a Digital Key to encrypt all sensitive information being transferred over the Internet.  Check/Money Order may take a little longer to process.  However, should you feel more comfortable talking to a live sales-representative, you can always call us to place your order.  All checks and money orders must be denominated in U.S. dollars.  We reserve the right to hold the order until the funds clear.  Our sales-representative will instruct you on where to send the check or money order.  Domestic funds may take 5 to 7 business days.  We accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, travelers checks, and certified checks.  For international customers, please buy an international money order/bank remittance order in U.S. funds from your local bank and send it to our desired address. Your order will be shipped immediately upon confirmation of your money order. Please note that this method usually takes the longest time to process the order.
